We exclusively use 100% Organic and Fair Trade Certified coffee roasted by the Boston-based worker-owned coop Equal Exchange and have developed sustainable relationships with several small-scale, farmer-owned cooperatives from the Chiapas region of Mexico. Organic purchases eliminate the unnecessary proliferation of harmful pesticides and fertilizer into the environment, and Fair Trade Certification allows us to directly support the hardworking farmers that grow our delicious coffee.
